    Aaron is originally from Scioto County, and he moved to Chillicothe in 2004. He attended Minford High School prior to graduating from Ohio University. Aaron is a proud alumnus of the University of Akron School of Law, where he graduated with honors. Prior to joining the Rutherford Law Office, Aaron served as a law clerk for the Honorable Judith A. Christley and as the court administrator/magistrate for the Fourth District Court of Appeals. He has worked for the Office of the Ohio Public Defender, and currently is an assistant law director with the city of Chillicothe. Aaron lives in Ross County with his wife and two daughters. When not at work, Aaron is very involved with his family and the local community. He has coached his girls in soccer and softball, and now enjoys sitting of on the sideline watching them play. Aaron is also on the board of directors for the Adena Mansion and Gardens Society. Aaron focuses on domestic relations, family law, civil litigation and estate planning. Aaron dedicates himself to providing zealous advocacy at all stages of a case, from investigation through trial. He practices primarily in Ross County and the surrounding areas.
